Manage the employee life cycle from Hire to Retire; On-board & induct the employees joining the business; Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance; Resolve employee issues and address grievances.
Responsible for maintaining Talent availability across all functions & businesses. Strengthen the IJP process, and work on employee engagement and retention interventions.
Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively to all levels of the organization. Translate complex HR policies and procedures into actionable insights for managers and employees.
Responsibility for planning, implementation, and control of the personnel cost budget in the area of responsibility, and initiating and controlling corrective measures in the event of deviations.
Provide optimal support for departments by advising managers on the use of HR processes and tools.
Collaborate with local and India HR team to drive compliance, mitigate risks, and continuously enhance the employee experience.
Your tasks will be rounded off by working on HR projects.
