Main Tasks

  • Manage the employee life cycle from Hire to Retire; On-board & induct the employees joining the business; Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance; Resolve employee issues and address grievances.
  • Responsible for maintaining Talent availability across all functions & businesses. Strengthen the IJP process, and work on employee engagement and retention interventions.
  • Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively to all levels of the organization. Translate complex HR policies and procedures into actionable insights for managers and employees.
  • Responsibility for planning, implementation, and control of the personnel cost budget in the area of responsibility, and initiating and controlling corrective measures in the event of deviations.
  • Provide optimal support for departments by advising managers on the use of HR processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with local and India HR team to drive compliance, mitigate risks, and continuously enhance the employee experience.
  • Your tasks will be rounded off by working on HR projects.
