Your responsibilities

HR Strategy & Execution

  • You will contribute to building and executing HR strategies that align with business goals and industry best practices.
  • You will regularly review and update HR policies to reflect organizational growth and legal compliance.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • You will manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to offer rollout, ensuring the best talent joins our team.
  • You will lead a smooth onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success.

Performance Management & Development

  • You will implement a performance management framework that supports growth and accountability.
  • You will guide managers on setting goals, providing feedback, and executing improvement plans when needed.
  • You will support employee development by identifying training needs and coordinating learning initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • You will lead employee engagement programs that foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • You will regularly measure satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to improve team morale.

Compensation, Benefits & Leave Management

  • You will oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with budget.
  • You will manage leave processes, tracking usage, and ensuring policy compliance.

Compliance, Records & Policy

  • You will maintain up-to-date employee records while ensuring compliance with data protection and labor laws.
  • You will handle grievances and disciplinary matters with professionalism, fairness, and consistency.

Offboarding & Transitions

  • You will conduct exit interviews, finalize settlements, and manage a respectful and structured transition for exiting employees.

General HR Operations

  • You will provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, addressing concerns and driving solutions.
  • You will take on additional HR duties to support the growth and success of the business.

To be considered, you should have...

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws, HR frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple HR functions with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Retail or beauty industry experience is a plus.
