Tobinco Pharma is seeking dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented professionals to join its team as Country Managers / International Marketers. The successful candidates will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence across African markets, developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company’s pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing and business expansion strategies across assigned African markets.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with distributors, healthcare providers, and other strategic partners.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and potential growth opportunities.
• Promote the company’s pharmaceutical and healthcare products to prospective clients and business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, pharmacies, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions.
• Develop and execute international marketing and sales plans to achieve business targets.
• Monitor market performance, analyze competitors, and recommend strategies to improve market share.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market activities, and business development progress.
• Represent the company professionally during business meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
• Ensure that marketing and distribution activities comply with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and local market requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Relevant marketing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent business development and relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of African markets and international trade practices.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple business priorities.
Additional Advantage:
• A background in Pharmacy or healthcare.
• Experience in international business development.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical marketing or distribution across African markets.
