Job Description
An electric vehicle company in Ghana is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Head of Sales & Marketing to lead its sales strategy, strengthen brand awareness, and expand its market presence. The successful candidate will develop marketing campaigns, drive revenue growth, build customer relationships, and promote the adoption of electric vehicles in Ghana.
Key Responsibilities
- * Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- * Lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- * Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
- * Build relationships with corporate clients, dealers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- * Oversee advertising, digital marketing, promotions, and brand positioning.
- * Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- * Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- * Relevant experience in sales leadership, marketing management, or business development.
- * Proven ability to develop sales strategies and deliver measurable business results.
- * Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- * Experience managing sales teams and marketing budgets.
- * Knowledge of the automotive, electric vehicle, energy, or technology sector is an advantage.
