Job Description
Royal Crown Packaging Ltd is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Officers to strengthen its presence in the local market and increase sales of its packaging products. The successful candidates will identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with customers, maintain existing accounts, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets. The role is suitable for individuals with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the local market.
- * Promote the company’s packaging products to prospective and existing customers.
- * Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, manufacturers, and other business clients.
- * Prepare quotations, respond to customer enquiries, and follow up on sales leads.
- * Negotiate sales terms within approved company policies.
- * Monitor customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- * Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- * Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and market information.
- * Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve the company’s market position.
- * Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications
- * Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- * Two to three years of relevant sales or business development experience.
- * Experience selling packaging products or working in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- * Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities and work towards targets.
- * Good presentation, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and sales reporting.
- * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
