Job Description
Harps Global is seeking a motivated and organized HR Generalist to support its human resources operations. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
This role is suitable for a candidate with a good understanding of human resource management and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with HR administration and ensure compliance with relevant policies and employment requirements.
- Address employee concerns and support positive employee relations.
- Assist with employee benefits administration and other HR-related activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications and Requirements
- One to two years of HR experience, gained through education, practical training, or hands-on work experience.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, and employee benefits.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving, organizational, and administrative abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
