Job Description
Strategic Jobs Africa is seeking proactive and results-oriented Recruiters to support recruitment activities in Accra and Kumasi. The successful candidates will identify suitable candidates, conduct recruitment outreach, and support the selection and placement of technical personnel and casual workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates for available vacancies.
- Recruit candidates for technical positions and casual roles.
- Conduct field recruitment activities when required.
- Screen CVs and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide recruitment updates and support timely placements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience recruiting for technical roles and casual workers.
- Field recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet recruitment targets.
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday.
