Sales Officer
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our insurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting insurance products, acquiring new customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving set sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Promote and sell the company’s insurance products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Explain insurance products, benefits, terms, and conditions to customers.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and customer information.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, HND, or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or insurance is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Good knowledge of the Accra market is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
