Job Description
Elidel Prestige Limited, a company operating in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a competent and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its team in Accra.
The successful candidate will work closely with management and departmental leaders to align human resource strategies with organizational goals, strengthen employee relations and support effective workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with management to implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations and workplace matters.
- Support recruitment, selection and talent management activities.
- Coordinate performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Assist with workforce planning and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Support employee engagement, retention and workplace culture initiatives.
- Advise managers on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
- Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.
- 3–5 years' relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of Ghana Labor Laws and HR practices.
- Experience in employee relations, recruitment and talent management.
- Knowledge of performance management and organizational development.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
