Job Description
Dexwin is seeking an organized, proactive, and people-oriented Talent Operations Specialist to support its recruitment and talent management activities.
The successful candidate will coordinate recruitment processes, manage candidate information, analyze recruitment data, support employer branding initiatives, and help improve the overall candidate experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, an interest in recruitment operations, and the ability to work effectively with digital recruitment tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities and support end-to-end hiring processes.
- Manage candidate applications, records, and recruitment databases.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Monitor recruitment progress and maintain accurate hiring records.
- Analyze recruitment data and prepare reports on hiring performance.
- Support the use and management of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Assist with employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Support recruitment events, career fairs, and talent engagement activities.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong skills in recruitment coordination and candidate management.
- Experience or familiarity with recruitment data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Knowledge of employer branding, community management, and event planning is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
